You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation stating your reason for return and we will arrange for its collection. Please ensure the item is not damaged and is in its original packaging. Once our warehouse has received and inspected your item we will refund you by your original payment method. We will refund the full cost of the item and you will not incur any charges for the return. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process. Returned items must be shipped no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for refund. We recommend you book your return pick-up within seven days of receiving your order to ensure the item will be shipped within 14 days. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We are very serious about the quality of our delivery service. However, if an item arrives in any way damaged, or if we've accidentally sent you the wrong one, simply contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assess your complaint, and assuming it is valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either provide you with a full refund, arrange for a repair or order a replacement. Alternatively, in case of deliveries by Tramo, you can let them know and they'll be able to take the goods away with them immediately.
