All of our standard deliveries are free, regardless of where you live (on the UK mainland) and the size of your order. For deliveries to other European countries a standard £39 charge applies and will be added upon checkout. For deliveries to any non-European address please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.
For orders under £500, we offer free delivery with UPS 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Register with UPS My Choice on the portal here ahead of delivery to choose the date that works best for you. If no-one is in when they attempt to deliver your order, UPS will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so you can rearrange delivery. UPS will make a second and third delivery attempt before returning your item/s to our warehouse. We will then rearrange delivery, though this might incur an additional cost. Bank Holiday, weekend, timed, or overnight deliveries are available at a charge, please simply contact us to arrange.
For orders over £500, we offer two options:
If you have been provided with a tracking number, you can check the status of your order via the My Order page of your account. If your order doesn’t have a tracking number, you can contact us at any time to get an update on the order status. We will also keep you updated on your order status with an email, until you have safely received your delivery.
Approximate times between when you place your order and when it will be shipped from our suppliers in Italy are indicated on the product page of each item. Time from shipment date to delivery to your address are generally around 5 days. Please note that orders placed during the month of August or during the Christmas and new year holiday period may take longer than average because our manufacturers close during these periods. We work hard with our manufacturers to reduce lead times and avoid delays. If you have been waiting longer than expected for order and you haven't heard from us please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
If you have old furniture that you’re looking to dispose of to accommodate a new Vivendo item, we can take care of it for a small fee. Just let us know at the time of ordering and we will provide you with a disposal estimate. Old furniture collected by our partners will be sustainbly recycled wherever possible.
