1) I haven’t received my order within the expected lead time, where is it?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We work hard with our manufacturers to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and haven't heard from us, please log in and go to 'My orders' to track your items. Alternatively, give us a call and we'll be able to update you over the phone.

2) What happens if I am not in when you deliver my order?

We use different delivery services depending on the size of the parcel.

  • Small/medium parcels: If you're not in, our delivery partner will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so you can arrange redelivery with them directly.
  • Large parcels: Our delivery partner will contact you before before dispatching the order to propose a delivery date and time frame, and you will be given the option to change this if it's not convenient. If you're not at home at the agreed time, your item will be returned to our warehouse. We will then arrange re-delivery, though this might incur an extra delivery cost.

3) Can you help with my old furniture?

Yes we can. We are committed to bringing sustainable practices into everything we do and will happily help you dispose of your old furniture in an eco-friendly way.

If you have any old furniture that you’re looking to dispose of to accommodate a new Vivendo item, don’t worry - we can care of it. Just let us know at the time of ordering and we’ll book a furniture removal service through our partner. Please provide us with size and weight info, and a quick snapshot of the item so we can provide a disposal cost estimate.

4) How soon can you deliver my order?

Deliveries usually take between 5 and 7 business days from the dispatch date from our warehouse.

5) Do you deliver on weekends and evenings?

Yes, we do!

Our standard delivery is during weekdays 8am to 5pm. However, our team can happily arrange a delivery during weekends, bank holidays and evenings at an extra cost. Please contact us to arrange an out of hour delivery slot.

For all orders above £500 a 2 hrs delivery slot service (during week-days) is included in the price.

6) How can I pay?

Payment may be made securely online by credit/debit card, or through PayPal. In case you need assistance, you can place your order over the phone with a member of our customer service team.

7) Can I return a product?

Yes you can, and for no extra cost!

Please check your goods upon delivery. If there are any issues with the items you can contact us immediately or, in the case a delivery made by Tramo, let them know and they’ll be able to take the goods away with them.

We're sure that you’ll love your new Vivendo piece, but in case you don’t and want to return it, you can do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us stating why you wish to return it, make sure that the item is not damaged and packaged as it was delivered to you and we'll arrange for its collection.

We’ll refund you the cost of the item(s) and you won’t incur any charges for returning them.

We are very serious about the quality of our delivery service. However, if an item arrives in any way damaged, or if we've accidentally sent you the wrong one, simply contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assess your complaint and, assuming it’s valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either provide you with a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order a replacement.

Returned items must conform to our returns policy:

  • Your returned item must be shipped no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for refund.
  • We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure the shipping will be within 14 days. Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this.
  • Items must be returned undamaged and with their original packaging.
  • Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
  • Once our warehouse has received and inspected your item, we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

8) Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can.

You may cancel an order up to 48 hours after purchasing to receive a full refund. After 48 hours the order is considered processed and will be delivered. Please contact us directly for more information 0333 577 9030.

9) Where is all your furniture made?

Everything on sale on our site is made in Italy.

10) How do you choose the items on your site?

11) Why are your prices lower than certain retail stores?

Our prices are lower because we simplify the supply chain and go straight to the producers, saving you money! Learn more about how we do this here.
